In the heat treatment process, profiles up to 13 meters in length can be accommodated, allowing for the production of extended extrusion billets.
To ensure product quality, Xinjiasheng boasts a specialized laboratory with over 20 testing capabilities, encompassing tensile, yield, elongation, bending, elastic modulus, metallographic microstructure analysis, salt spray corrosion resistance, rapid dimensional scanning of profile cross-sections, and more.
